Well I got my first sort of uber carbine last night.
+115 damage tissues
+.599 speed
Finished Product:
87-428
3.4 speed
after 24% damage slice:
107-530 (700 with pup)
Would you put an ADK on it?

Nice carbine 
I use a ~700 max for general PvP too, and it's a real nice weapon. Packs a great punch against all but the most prepared opponents, so I'd definitely consider it an "uber" PvP weapon.. mine hasn't disappointed me yet

I am going BH 0400 and master carbines because I love the specials. I had a 500+ damage carb on another server for PVP and I did well with it. Like you said, this one should pack even more of a wallop!
