Well you really need to have the ratio damage modifier for those Specials.....like my data in the STICKY thread

Carbineer Specials Test Data seems obvious to me at least The info is updated in the XLS file....waiting on confirmation of numbers and more detail on delay mods before posting directly here.

cool! if you don't mind I'd like to link to that from my thread. I think with all of the good testing out there we can make a good comprehensive clearinghouse for info and ideas....
