i dont know which one, i would like to tank the npc/nightsister or whatever drops
the saber skill tapes

Tank? Might check out a melee prof for that, tho I hear BH is slightly above average in defense, but most ranged is focused on offense, while melee is generally more defensive.

With a healer just about anyone can tank 
I'm M.carbineer MCM doc4000 and i had a m.rifleman tank for me

Forget tanking - without a healer no one can do it all, even with a healer no one but a defender jedi can do it well.
As a MBH, MCarb + 0400 SL - 282 def with some bio clothes and tapes, in full assault armor = dead to a CL90 Krayt in three swings.

Well if you want to tank then go master doc/MCM. The min you heal someone everything under the sun seems to hate you for it.

Carbineer is NOT meant to Tank even though we seem to draw a TON of aggro/hate.
Pickup BH or a Melee Prof, not Carbineer to Tank.....it simply is not our role and further tweaking in each patch/publish will lessen our current draw of aggro/hate (well at least I hope it lessens 
).

Especially Full Auto Area - draws massive aggro from everything in front of a 90 degree angle in front of you.

All you need is Master Bounty Hunter... with MCarbineer/MBH/0404 Pistol for example NS elder are no problem. But dont even think of touching the big mobs like Krayts, Kimos or gorax king?, they seem to hurt alot more then npc's of same health/lvl category, like it should be ,-)

You need to use tactics against Kimos, mainly just keep your range and root, snare em. Even with those nice tools I still died 3 times lol, it dont stop till I dead

Out of armour-breaking experience i can say, a MSl/Mcarb can tank lv. 82 nightsisters and even beat them one on one. Though, i guess there's better combinations for the job...
