I heared speed still cap at 125 but both melee/ranged defences and accuracy don't
Is it true?

No caps, whoever told you that is full of something.....
There is an effective cap for most stats now resulting from the Devs use of diminishing return formula but I have yet to see any REAL DATA on an effective cap point for anybody.

No matter what the Skill Sheet or Character Sheet says the sum total of all SEA's for one mod is +25.

and accuracy while moving does NOT add to accuracy on the character sheet so i can only assume it doesn't work now...

Aye. This is a skill which also doesn't show up any more on the skillboxes, so i consider it to be completely gone...

Is this DEFINATLY the case post CU? Someone in my guild claimed that there is now no cap on tape value, i.e. you can make use of more than +25.
I hasten to add I was sceptical due to the fact that that would open the door to more than 12 point crafters.
