Nos makes very good weapons. (Master Weaponsmith) & Smuggler. His shop is located on Talus in the guild hall for Cult of Nyarlathotep (Arkham House). To get there take the shuttle to the Imperial outpost then head west like 600 meters and in the guildhall are his vendors.

Would just be easier to Email him or myself (Zeol) for the waypoint on the guildhall.
