I mastered Carbineer also, and wow i can finally appreciate the uselessness of our combined special moves. Crippling shot is not THAT powerful for the HAM, scattershot 2 is the best. Burstshot is kinda bleh. Chargeshot 1 is the best skill on our trees and chargeshot 2 is... why bother it doesn't even work...

But congrats I am glad I am not the only one still trying. and I would just like to say for the record I didn't master it for a holocron.

mastered it last weekend, but dropped the BH line and keeped master carbineer, I did mastered it for a holocron, but It was so much fun playing a BH/master carbineer, I decide to keep carbineer and get rest of my holocron done, and go back to BH/carbineer afterwards.

Grats. That last box of combat xp was a little rough. Shame we didn't get a working skill for that box or any skill at all for master, but you do get to sport all the sweet titles now.

So Arias recently I got a little evil cube and it told me Pistols were not my "true" path. It told me that I needed to check into Carabineer and that I needed to master this. So I am crying right now because I heard the horror stories and I was at one time a Carabineer (long long ago when ee3's were the best Carbine available on Starsider). My question to you is what your grind worth it? Have you been PvPing with a Carbine since making master and can you hold your own with Masters of the Rifle and Pistol?

A little red pyramid told me to become a master carbineer... so I'm doing it. I don't plan on keeping it, because once I started down this path, forever has it dominated my skillpoints. I have to be prepared to strip every skill in order to achieve the slot. Is it worth it? I hope so. Am I having fun doing it? Well, I probably never would have gone this far in Carbineer if I hadn't been told to... so I guess it is a way to get me to break the traditional character I was enjoying.

The best of his class at secret training grounds on Yinchorr, Kanos was an expert at the echani fighting form and in wielding a force pike. Kanos' fanatical loyalty, though, was his greatest and most dangerous weapon. Even after Palpatine was defeated at Endor, Kanos and his fellow Royal Guardsmen remained true to the Imperial ideal. As Imperial moffs and admirals began greedily carving up the Empire to fuel their own ambitions, Kanos attempted to uphold the codes of the New Order.

I'm currently 0-1-0-2 and sitting on about 483k carbine xp and about 168k combat xp.

Which path do you Master Carbineers recommend I take? I'm gonna try to hit 600k xp before I do anything (if I don't cap out) and frmothere I could jump to 1-2-1-3. Is this a good move or should I concentrate on one tree?

Thanks for any and all help and suggestions.

indeed the grind was worth it, for at master I am a nearly unstoppable force. I have PvPd multiple times since becoming a master, and I did VERY well... Counterattack and Chargeshot are the bane of Eyeshot spamming BHs everywhere

haha yeah I am 3/3/1/3 toward master now been casually grinding my way up as per the red pyrimid as well.

I plan on having my master title up and going on one round of pvp before I drop it for my next holocron profession. Hopefully something I can macro.
