I pulled two off a vendor of a friends of mine...I paid like 20K for them...saw that they were Master only...I was almost to master, disapointed I threw them into my house.
I hit master, stopped by the house and actually looked at it.
1,400ish to 1,997 and 1500ish to 1959. I was flaberghasted...and both of them fire for me at about 1.49...I was very pleased...then I realized....These were not even sliced yet....
So I went back to the vendor, saw that there was about 6 more, bought them all for about 20K each...I was a very happy fish I tell you.

Was it a E11 or Laser, you are talking about 2 different weapons.
And what are those numbers, they are most certainly not damage or these are exploits for sure.....please post links to screenies.

Oh and slicing is inversely proportional to quality....so don't bother slicing an uber weapon.....

Because the carbine is so good, the slice will only boost the damage or speed by 2% or maybe even 0%(Seen it happen) as opposed to a lower quality carbine where you might get a damage slice of 15%. I'm not completely sure though, so can I get a confirmation?

Inverse Proportion: One value goes up, one value goes down.
In this case, the rising value is the Quality of the weapon; the falling value is the percentage enhanced from Slicing.
A initially poorer weapon would benefit more from a slice than a initially greater weapon.

Got some hard stats on it:
It is the Mastar Carbineer Carbine (the E-11).
2.25 Base Speed (my modified speed is 1.49)
DPS is 325 (my modified is 498).

Thank you for the detailed explanation....at the time I was in-game with all 3 of my accounts and not in the verbose mode

Thanks for setting the record straight on the stats.....a very fine weapon for 20k, quite a steal. My guess is that is a converted E11 Mk.2 as I haven't seen any newly crafted Carbines get over 320 Base DPS.

WOW
Not too shabby at all...
the most I have is a 974 max damage E-11 Mk II
I think that particular gun was made waaaaay back in the first days of master weaponsmiths though... just never gave it a second thought until now.
