It is all based on Combat Level....and the STICKY post on Typical Carbine Stats has all the info on the weapons, rest is whatever your template is.

Imagine my supprise when suddenly affter CU I can no longer use my EE3 Carbine... any ideas which ones I can use at novice carbineer?



P.S. and perhaps where to get them. On Corbantis.
