I can only afford to master one combat profession. Do you think it would be smarter to do MBH (with only the carbine and ranged combat lines filled in marksman) or go for Master Carbineer. I'm not just interested in what you think will be the most powerful (dps-wise), but which one you think provides more options in the form of variety of special, etc.

really depends on what you like to do? if you like to duel people or do solo play then MBH is probably better. if you do group PvE i've found carbineer is very nice, if you like group PvP MBH with a LLC and underhandshot should be an AOE KD since its an AOE gun
