The FAQ itself isn't updated yet but the Important Links section has CU info.....I suggest you check all those threads out along with the rest of the STICKY posts as that will help you.

HUNT PIKETS.
My personal fave special is Leg Shot (improved)
my default is placed shot.
Crippleshot is pretty good too with the KD. but it does not last long so you better have a good plan B when the MOB gets up.

Hey there,
I decided to try Carbineer as part of my respec but I could use some help I do a lot of pve with some pvp mixed in for fun but might get more into pvp now with the cu. I've been a melee since early '04 so ranged is a new thing for me. . I really have no idea what the specials do and I was wondering two things.
First, what specials are good and which ones a junk?
Second, what profession would nicely compliment carbs? I'm master carbs/master pistols right now but i'll change if it will balance me better. I also have 4000 scout and 0110 medic for healing and terrain negotiation.
Any help would be great.
