And I think even the devs realize we'd be in a huge uproar, so I doubt they'd do even that unless they fix the AE KD in the very same patch.
I wouldn't even believe it if I heard from a DEV ![]()
How predictable are the DEV's......
This one issue shouldnt determine if you want to go into carbine i belive the devs have also said that they also intend to fix the extrem ham cost as well so as the profetion gets fixed, ie putting a 30 sec timer on the kd move other things will get fixed to like say having half the moves actually work.
Hundey, chargeshot is not the only knockdown that suffers from that, the BH KD have the same thing, I often had my marks fall down, and while down and dizzy cap off a nice 1K + hit to me as they tried to stand,then they continue to try and stand up and fall down for a few more seconds in which time they would usually be getting off shots, except I'm incapped already, then they get up walkover and DB me.
It is a bug in the knockdown code, the devs can not, or refuse to address, it started when they added the timer.
I have recently started useing chargeshot, and it does seem to work more often within the 30 seconds it shouldn't, then my previous KDs.
But still the HAM cost need fixing and carbineers need more defense.
