Thread: BE tissues and SEA stacking

The simple question is, do the BE Tissues and SEAs stack for a total of 25max to any "non professiong granted" mod or do they count on their own separate value?
example. BEshirt with warcry +25 (hypothetically)and SEA with Warcry +10 attached to it. Do i have a total warcry modifer of 35(separate value, not stacking)or 25(stacks together)?
