I will be getting up to 2/3/3/2. Is this the best combination? I know that I should get at least 0/3/0/2.

it appears you don't have BH carbine, so finish off the assault tactics tree first... don't go up counterinsurgency till the very end (but get counter 1 for burstshot)
so best bet is to go 4-x-1-x right off, then 4-4-1-x, then finish off counterinsurgency

right now I m 0/1/0/0... so my final will be 4/3/1/2, does that sound good?
