Hello.. i have a question, can you cap the accuracy with a weapon? And if so, can someone show me the equation how?

Im MBH/0303 Carbineer at the moment, have 155 carbine accuracy. Is there any point in taking 0403 for the +25 accuracy? Or is there any point in having 155 accuracy at all? Where will the cap be?

And if someone can explain how the "carbine accuracy while moving" works it would be great. Just trying to figure out what to do with my SP, and thought about going for 0304 instead.

Another thought is to go for 3004 for some spd, but i dont know the spd mod for the carbineer special attacks. Does someone have a link to a post where this is written?

I need some help so i can calculate a bit on my build so i dont waste those rare skillpoints

Not sure about accuracy, but the speed and damage modifiers are stickied.

No accuracy does not cap, it's the second reason anyone who go's master carbineer should go BH0-4-0-0.

I too am a BH/Carbineer. The accuracy helps out tremendously against the uber templates with 150 or so ranged defense (we get 25 at master and 2 in marksman... LOL). The more accurate you are the better chance in hitting them you have (kinda redundant huh?). Definitely max out your accuracy, it does wonders.
