Thread: Best armour for a Cl14 Novice Carbineer

Im in line now to get some armour. Looks like i'll be using Battle Armour but what type to get?
I've heard RIS is bugged. I've heard that with the hindrances on sets i probably wont be able to wear a full set etc.
I certainly dont want to be walking around like a total cl1 noobso has anyone got any advice?
are all the battle armour types (padded, marauder, rebel etc..) the same, just look different?

Yep. And RIS is really really expensive so don't even think about it for awhile (it goes for millions of credits per suit).
