Be very careful when damage slicing weapons close to the max damage cap for that particular weapon.
You cannot slice "to" the cap; if the slice raises the damage above the cap, the slice will not raise the damage up to the cap. The weapon will except the slice, but the max damage will not be effected (in this case, the system will let you slice up to lvl 3 damage, but the weapon will remain with at 1063 max)!
Know the damage caps for your weapons and do the math before to ensure you do not waste a precious slice!

Damage Slicing won't benefit you too much with those good stats.
My suggestion:
Max out Critical Damage.
Dump the rest of the Customization into Speed first, then Damage if you can't squeeze any more speed out of the Slicing process.
PUPs? I would likely go with a Damage PUP. Otherwise, SAC Reduction is the way to go with your weapon and slicing process I had layed out.
i'd go with the 12% speed slice and the +dmg pup,
from what ive heard when you crit with crit slicing the damages isnt boosted a whole lot, atleast its not 2x like the MBH crit is suppose to give when it crits (could be wrong about the 2x damage, was only MBH for 2 weeks)
I used to have MBH / M.Rifleman / Carbineer 0440. Adv.Critical did comparable damage to Impr.Leg Shot and Impr.Head Shot, but when the Critical occurs, it tacked on roughly 200, maybe 300 pts of damage. A nice little bonus.
So dending if you can get some of those and get your modifed speed down to 1.2 (where the soft cap starts i think) go for a critical hit chance fo 10% for 100% customisation.
Dont do a damage since as some already mentioned your close to the max damage (see the WS cap thread , its linked from TA somewhere here).
Also always go for a SAC pup.
Less action = more specials shoots = more damage.
