I can't remember the exact stats off the top of my head. It has a Master Carbineer cert.
Iknow the max dmg is 900+. I think the base DPS was pretty decent too. SAC is a bit on the high side; I can't remember if itis in the 90's or may have even been at least100.

Cert is Master Carbineer, Base DPS = 279.22, SAC = 100
Can't say I would ever use one, but it looks good on my Wall of Carbines ![]()

Its only real advantage is that it has a 60m range. When RotW first hit, it was a Master Rifleman certed weapon. Eventually they changed it. Base speed is usually around 2.5, and the damage is usually aroun 400-930 or so.
Not too great, but with a 60m range and decent damage, it is an easy way to snag that pesky rifleman from ten meters closer than youcould normally hit him.

I dident pay attention to mine to much but had it sliced up anyway. Then i happened to notice that the min damage was about 515 and speed was 2.25... max damage came in at 1024 wich is prety good realy. Only thing i dont like about it is the sac. Good situation weapon though and i have started packing it around with me again. Think ill ignore the sac and max damage pup it for those unq situations. And it sounds realy cool when you shoot it.

The Grievance is also the only way for us non-SLs to wield a carbine based on the awesome looking E5 design. I don't know about you guys, but every gun I carry doesn't have to be the "most uber" for any particular situation. I enjoy using my Grievance when my guild is out in a grind group, for example. I don't need to do maximum damage, and it looks cool, so why not?

aye. 60m range is nice, and it is good for group PVE when you don't want to draw all the aggro to you.

See? I KNEW you had a sense of style. Now we just need to find your color. Preferably something that doesnt clash with Purple. Red Maybe? I think we would look HAWT with you in Red RIS next to my Purple Tantel/Mabari. We would go out PvPing, and all the Imps would be like "DAMN! Check out those fine lookin mofo AAARRAREAAAGGGHHHH!!!". See? Our style would distract them just long enough so we could kill them. I think this might work.
LOL! Sign me up for the class of Zemzam style! Maybe my next set of RIS can be red.
