just got a carbine crafted for me and its nothing uber. sac capped and speed capped. max damage is only like 650ish. should i damage slice it and pupped? btw its a laser with 56 heat damage too.

Speed capped? Hmm, would it have great elemental damage, i would manage to see some point in it, but otherwhise, i fail to do so, sorry. Failed design under the current system.
A damage slice might save the weapon from being considered junk, but even then, it won't manage to get over the "acceptable" barrier. Sorry that i have to say it like that, but you're well advised to have the next carbine crafted with somewhat different priorities. (You're much better off having the carbine capped on damage and SAC and getting the speed with slicing...)

i see. well its all good. i got it free from a guild crafter. its no problem tho, i got another iin the works. a czerka. make sure to get SAC and dmg capped for that one.

A laser carbine? Yikes! I would recommend you getting an Elite or E11 Mark2 as soon as possible. Even a very average Elite or E11 will have max damage at least 200 points higher than that laser carb you got there.

i know, just a freebe from a guildie like i said. ill be getting a czerka or an e11 soon form them

Out ofcuriosity, what's the min damage on that? If I was guessing I would bet it's like high 200s, or low 300s, but that's not really going on anything.

yea i believe it is like 310s to 320s on the min dmg. just got it sliced last night so idk what the new one is.
