I've been debating a change from MCM/MP to MBH/MC (big switch, I know) and I had a question about crippling shot. I do a lot of solo hunting and rely heavily on my E-drain when soloing Krayts, the Gorax, NS, etc. Will crippling shot be as effective? I know it doesn't last as long, but the ability to hit them with it from range would seem to make up for that. Does anyone have any experience with this? Can you give me the advice I need?

Thanks

PS: I'll be keeping 4000 CM so I'll still be able to heal myself.

Crippling shot isn't quite as good as Electrolyte Drain, but it is a very useful snare. It will be plenty enough to allow you to kite and kill high end mobs.

Crippling Shot and Charge Shot let me solo Krayts easily.....which it shouldn't and hopefully Krayts get fixed soon so the Devs can turn on Prem Pearls again....
