Are Elemental Damage PUPs worth it on an alredy high speed low (ish) sac Nym's?

Seems logical to me but I would like your views.

Play the game or don't it is what it is and will never be what it was for better or worse. I intend to play the game as long as it is fun, that does not make me a fan boy of brown noser. I know the game has it's flaws, but it serves no purpose to dwell in the past.

Is currently on testing with me. In PvE the Nym's in general is not worth using, any Elite, E5 or E11 Mk. II of quality is superior. (Choose depending on your certificates.)

In PvP, i am currently using exactly the weapon you mentioned, high quality Nym's with speed slice and elemental PuP, up to now all fights i participated were won easily. Problem on that is, the enemy was not only lower in numbers but also made massive tactical mistakes, came in small teams vs. a big mass, etc... i would have performed perfectly well by fighting with a wet towel in those battles, so i didn't manage to come to an actual conclusion if the weapon is an improvement or not...

Is the p'up percentage high enough to make that big of a difference? I think the highest I have seen is around 6.75%. Now this may be incorrect as I have not looked extensively into getting one, but I am curious.
