one of the biggest things i've noticed is that PSG's only protect against energy. does this mean using a lesser Kinetic carbine will be more effective then using our master level energy carbine? i don't really know how much a PSG blocks now, but it seems even though my kinetic carbines are about 100 DPS lower then my master ones it may be more benificial to use them.
another thing i noticed is when you have over +25 in SEA's it still counts it on your character sheet. i'll need to test this but it looks like the caps may have been removed

More than +25 in SEA's always counted more on the Skill Sheet, pre-CU and post-CU. The change is the number is not accurate on the Character Sheet because of this. I got stuck making this mistake in the Speed Formula thread recently ![]()
And only testing will prove how effective a PSG can be.....I haven't touched that subject yet.

My 45% base Imp PSG is now a whopping 1921 energy res (about 12% I think)with a 65 recharge rate. Haven't seen any newly crafted ones yet, but I hear they're in the 2000 - 2500 range. Since a master level gun is probably well over 15% better than a level 30, we're probably still stuck with what we have.
Also, from a devrespone totheTailor's 3questions,BE modded clothing still caps at 25. It'd be safe to assume SEA's still cap at 25 as well.
