On the new patch notes they state we get a Level 30 craftable carbine. Anyone know what it is yet???

The stats are listed on the Weapons Certifications sticky on the Weaponsmith forum. But for those of you that don't like to click through the forums the stats are:
Name: Alliance Needler Carb.
Base DPS: 108.16
Action Cost: 112
Dmg Type: Kinetic
Range: 0-50m

base DPS of about 100?? 
Why are they putting all the new skinned guns in other professions, or dumbing them down to the point that only a grinder will make use of it for a week and masters have no use for it? Sure its kenetic...but its 200dps less than the big guns that are energy...I doubt that there is a mob where a kenetic 100dps wpn will beat out an energy 300dps wpn.

The Carbine Stats are STICKY in this forum......
And the info for this newly crafted Carbine is in there along with other posts here on these patch notes.....look for BLUE NAME posts
