Thread: Carbine Stats
... Here's a complete list of all craftable Carbines, with all of their stats and some rankings. All were made with identical components and the best materials, and all were experimented first for damage, and second for lower HAM costs with any experiementation points that were left:
Highest DPS vs. AR 0

Note that the rankings vs. AR 2 are identical, the only differernce being the laser carbine with it's AP 2 rating FAR outdamages all other carbines by almost double.
Given the high HAM costs for using specials with Carbines, I also put together these two rankings, one by overall total HAM costs, and the other looking at the ratio of DPS vs. AP 0 / Total HAM costs. This should give an indication of which carbines are most efficient at dealing the most damge for the least cost to use special moves.

Yes i knoiw these stats are not the mas/best stats available, but they are the right numbers. all of these are unsliced as well.

Not sure on the HAM costs but they are pretty high. Just curious, are these fairly average stats or low or high??

Yeah the elite is what I primarily use and have awesome luck with it. I'm not a big PVPer so I'm really just looking for the best carbine to get the XP for BH carbine tree and master carbineer. Thanks for the reply!

Yes that is by far the most incredible Elite I have ever seen. Is that sliced? Even if it is, wow! Its actually worth using with stats like that! Mine is 93-161, 3.0 delay, sliced for speed from 4.0. I use it only in town, for looks.
Otherwise, I go to my workhorse, a DH17, 92-220, 2.6 delay. The weakness of no AP is less of a hindrance than you would think actually, as long as you have some decent backups for the armored mobs. The damage is good enough that mere resistances don't slow it down much.
My laser has 2.8 aspd, and 49-258 Damage hams are of course high, but i think the rest speaks for itself ^_^
i have a snubnose with 107-230 damage and an attackspeed of 2.0, hams are 18/26/22 on the snubby, not too shabby for spaming burstshot.
hope this helps you out some, nice elite, i'll have to see if i can get a good one like that made for myself ^_^
We just got elites on Starstrider(at least I just noticed them) and they are pretty bad..one I got was about 90-164 damage, 3.5 speed, and higher HAM costs than even my laser (50, 40, 30 approx).
I still rely on my Laser and DH17 Snub(1.8 speed sliced) for different situations. I have atleast 1 of every gun, but find most of them largley useless. Even with different damage types, the AP 2 of the laser tends to make up for it, even if the mob has high energy resists.
DH17 is just nice since its got low HAM and its fast, but thats not nearly as important anymore since you can't use action shots or supression fire to keep something down.
