Heya, I've read through some post-CU discussions but seems to fit my questions. Sure, some nice info in it but I'd like some more "Generic" info. "That line of BH is a total and complete waste" was a very important one for example but what about MBH? Still waste?

So I let's discuss GCW PvP templates.

I just finished MC,MBH,MM (novice Medic) and I will test it tomorrow. As there are only a few respec days left, what are your experiences? This template seems to be selected by many people now but tell me, how to optimize damage? I'm not tallking about 1 VS 1 combat or dedicated Jedi hunters. I mean the Standard-Grouping Trooper that will defend his base or attack anothers Base.

Please let's go.

I like Mater Marksman MR/MCarbs pistols 0434 it has high acc and speed and tons of tactical options. My ranged def is great and melee have to catch me to kill me.

I am now stuck between MC/TKM or MC/MBH. TKM sounds good because I won't need to waste money on armor which is really expensive now, but BH has more power. TKM also give powerboost, which is useful to everyone (+500 health)but has really weak damageso I would only be using carbines with this template.Does anyone have any input?

MBH, MC, MM.

Do NOT mix melee and ranged proffessions, you are dicing with death on that 1, and also..wasting your time.

I tried to mix Pistoleer 0403 in it yesterday. Made something like MC, BH 4040, Pistols 0403 Rifles 0100. Was nice for duelling and Jedi hunting because I had all needed specials but drawbacks:

-only level 76

-No real damage dealing special

-huge HAM usage

But very nice to have root, criple, knockdown, disarm, torso... nearly all nice specials.

MBH, MC and Pistols 0 4 0 4

How is having master marksman better than 0 4 0 4 pistols ?

pistols gives me stopping shot, melee defence and ranged accuracy.

Am i missing something?

I am using Master Carbines, Master BH, Pistol 0404. I have an accuracy of 280 witha carbine which is really nice. Plus add in all the AE attacks I get to use for hitting crowds, all the recoveries, two KDs, root, snare, status attacks, disarming, critical and leg shot. Plus some really good defenses to go with it all.

On my template attack is awesome... defense sucks to hell... but that is why I never go anywhere without a ton of stims.

(see template below)

I am a Master Carbineer, Master Bounty Hunter, and 1/4/0/3 pistoleer.

So far so good.

My favorite so far for group PvP is Mcarbineer/Mrifle/Mmarks/Pistol 0434. Taking crispic I have 400 accuracy which means you can use the -speed -accuracy powerups without hesitation for super nice DPS (777 dps on my elite). Using FullAutoArea against groups is hot, and having a plethora of roots and snares is handy.
