This report says the Alliance Needler is now WS craftable.....no more Loot Schem hunting for that one

I just picked up Master WS on TC (gotta love the Corr Terminals) and just like the Czerka Dart, the Alliance Needler is Kinetic Damage so it will NOT use Krayt Tissue as an enhancer.

Loot for Advanced Projectile Feed Mechanism is needed, not Advanced Blaster Power Handler like the other Carbines.
