Carbineer Archive

I quit playing back in January and was mildly interested in giving the new system a try. With that said, where can I find an explanation of how the new system works? Most of the information I have found so far has been more specific than what I am looking for. Is there a "n00b to the combat revamp" sticky on one of the boards?

BTW, whats up with the weapons. Looks like the 4 weapons I worked last fall and winter to acquire are now garbage. Is there any use now for a DXR6 or laser carbine? Looking at the posts here on the carbineer page it looks like the answer is no unless you are a low level carbineer that needs them for grinding.
