should fill out a bug report for that, i just looted a lance that said master carbineer cert. hopefully they will fix that carbine, i'd love to have that in my arsenal

That carbine has the E5 carbine skin, which is certified for Master squad leader. Would be nice if it was generic but i doubt it.
The mods are nice, but the sac of 111 is way too high.

a lot of weapons are dropping with random certs, can't wait for a flamer to drop with a master ID cert

Oh yes a flammer certed at master ID with +4 to hairstyle for optimised brushing
