Well..the Czerka Dart carbine can be made pretty nice. Not as good as the proton or other high-end carbineer carbines, but it's not a bad option if you need to do kinetic damage. I also think it looks rather cool.

even though it doesn't have master as a requirement, the Elite Carbine can be extremely nice

Pre cu I was always going carbineer and moved into Bounty Hunter along the way (my two favorite classes). Then the CU hit and now Carb is pretty tough with BH and I'm pretty happy. My question though is this, why is there only ONE stinking carbine for the MC's (lvl 54 & up)when MR and MPis have at least three? I love my EII a ton, but I'd just like to see more options. Thoughts?

if you have master bh pick up a proton carb. they seem to be a the top of the stack, also i think you can use the blackscale dart carb, which does kinetic damage for a good back. kinda funny huh the best carb in the game is for bh not carbineer?????

Hmm proton carbine is better than an elite carbine; again people are getting caught up in DPS. Elite and e11 have higher dam outputs than proton, forget about DPS, go for low SAC and high dam every time, if you don’t then you are just being silly.

Currently my converted elite is 1040 max dam and out damages a proton carbine easily, I sold mine early on I was none to impressed with it.
