I don't understand why we carbs can't get a new special carbine? f.eks. the pistoleers got some new weapons, like the geo pistol, and the i think its called DE10 and also new rifles has come like the DXR6B i'm not sure its the correct name, but u guys now which ones i mean, but still no new carbines ? why ?

Well....
Nothing official, but I don't think we need a new Carbine.....just change some that we already have. Go Read the FAQ for what has been proposed. And I have set my personal feelings aside to push for a new gun sincethe majority wants something....although a quicker fix of changing an existing gun is my main focus for the short term.
Carbineer is about TACTICS, not an "I WIN" button/gun.

I dont want the "I win" but a good mind attack would be nice.

I would be happy with an electricity carbine with ap or something along those lines.

I don't think we need to rehash our dream fourth damage type weapons, god knows we've posted them up enough. But we do need some improved diversity in a bad way.
All the tactics in the world don't help much when every shot you can fire gets cut by 80% or more just out of the barrel.

I dont want to see new carbines for PVP power, I want to see new carbines for the sake of having new carbines. =)
Anyway.. whats there to complain about?

Berserker rifle (bugged though)

Nym's slugthrower
Lithanwhatever carbine (never seen it though, but I heard it was a copy of the E11, so it might not count)
But if I am correct, we dont get a schematic for Nyms as the others do for their guns, which is mighty annoying.
Anyway.. whats there to complain about?

Lithanium carbine is horrible and hard to get anyways and the DXR6 far surpasses the Nyms in every stat. Honestly we have no new guns worth mentioning. The DXR-6b rifle is awesome for riflemen, while the Geo Pistol and DE10 are by far the best pistols.

Same here. Some new looking weapons after one year of the same old same old would be nice, and is deserved.

I dont know much about carbines myself, I'm more of a pistol guy, but has anyone got a screen shot or any more info on this Lithanium Carbine? Sounds interesting...

I have seen several different screen shots of it, seems like they are pretty random. If I remember correctly one used the model of an E11, while another used the laser carbine model. Do a search on these boards, there have been several posts in the past about this gun.

They could literally just add the art for new weapons, assign a base damage type to them (acid, energy...etc etc) and add a program similar to what other MMORPGs added, the random weapon creation process.
The weapons ingame have their base types (pistol, carbine, rifle...etc etc) their art unit added into game, and are assigned into a damage category (acid, energy, etc etc) then they can be added as loot. 
Even loot schematics, cause I think the general agreement is no one wants uber weapons, just new weapons to play with.
