I'm about to buy a +25 General Ranged Accuracy tape, wondering where to put it. I have an undecayble ubese shirt with +25 carb acc and 10 speed already, will that work in there?

I'd put that on in the shoulder of your armor. Overall, they are still the least abused pieces of armor in the set. Gloves and boots are also good, since they no longer suffer damage decay.

Regarding Gloves and Boots:
POST CU Gloves and Boots DONT have any slots for AA anymore.
You'll have to get PRE CU converted gloves or boots to put AA into it.
Besides that, shoulders/biceps parts are very good to stick in valuable AA's just as JanuHull mentioned.

There is no reason not to put it in the Ubese shirt that I can think of. As long as you have the slots, it would be better there than anywhere else.
And he cant put it in his shoulder piece guys....its a CA.

Definitely put it in the ubese shirt (if you have sockets left). If you have pre-CU armor boots and gloves with sockets use them for your AAs instead of putting CAs in regular boots/ gloves.
