Carbineer Archive

I was just slain by a crazed durni today. I am halfway to master carbineer, and I was slain by weak creature. Its not because I had a crappy carbine equipped, its because my shots kept missing. I might as well be a ranger in asherons call 2. Does anyone know how many carbineers have gone pistoleer so far? I think I might join their ranks.

Well, I was on Lok yesterday evening, soloing a red con with ranged attack. All I did was put in my specials every now and then and I strafed left and right. The thing would hit me once out of 10 tries. Even though I was missing every now and then, my bleeders were going to work, and I was still punching him pretty hard when I did hit. Accuracy isn't dependable, but it is nice when it does work...

as an ex-pistoleer, we do miss quite a bit. it seems like there is no hitting anything while moving...period.

Maybe you should buy a few createsof my powerups:

32% max damage, 16% point blank.

I use those, and kneel and havean easy time hitting things when they get on top of me. But laser carbine + moving + point blank = bad accuracy.
