Not sure how long it has been "new" but wow! That is a great thread TA. Very organized which anyone can admire. Easy to sort through! I take back any negative word I have slung about the contant "See FAQ!" That is very nice...

It is a compilation of everybody, in fact little of it is actually my original work.....I have just collected info I feel is valuable from all other posters.
And it was redone about 5 months ago
