How good is this carbine of mine? What is it worth? I looted this awhile back and was contemplating going Master Carbineer and Master Bounty Hunter but recently was thinking of selling it. So what is the verdict on price and how good it is?

I would not recommend taking up a prof based a good DoT like that.....it is good but not exceptional by any means.
I have one poison for each HAM pool that have lower Potency but much higher Strength and they are by no means an "I WIN" button 
If you want to take up Carbineer or BH that is one thing, but doing so from just a "good DoT" will be a big disappointment without really liking Carbineer or BH.

Well it is a "normal" max damage Laser but you would only use a DoT Carbine to apply the DoT and then switch to something else for damage.....so the damage stats are NEVER looked at unless they are exceptional

Well, I didnt want to go master carbineer just for this weapon. I personally love the dizzy/KD combos. Just wondering what this weapon is worth if I were to sell it. I looked around on these forums a bit more and saw its not that great in the damage area but still has a dot that should stick every time.

1-1.5 mil on Starsider, but it's really relative to each server economy.
Sadly, ActionShot1 and ActionShot2 coupled together pretty much equate the DoT on this carbine in a bleed, so it's not worth that much more, even if it is rather potent. Still a nice addition, but think hard before you choose a profession for the specials alone or the weapons. Carbineer is more than that.. it's a frame of mind.

Well at least it does SOME damage, some of mine have ridiculously low maxdamage, like low 200's...Id switch to my krayt laser after the dot was set also.

I like the poison on all branches of ham technique. I found a good vendor that has DH17's with poison of choice for all parts of the HAM, however my only concern is that would I have enough time to apply all 3 while waiting for weapon switches in combat and then, FINALLY, switching to my weapons of choice in hopes of finishing him off before the poisions subside.. haha!!

Well there is really no reason that a duel or group PvP would be short.....I mean with buffs/PSG/90% Comp most all fights will last plenty long enough to DoT everybody. Just be sure to kite any Jedi

I just had a Krayt Laser Carbine made yesterday by a fellow guildie. it was modest tissues but all in all it was pretty nice

No Dot though =(
I also had a Krayt enhanced e11 carbine made with faster speed and nearly the same damage
but with a 150 tick bleed.

nice carb good dot.
good dot. just had 2 laser carbs made up by our weoponsmith
both are pupped with 32 1/2 max dmg pups.
1. 107-675 3.2
2.106-670 3.4
33 and 30 percent dmg slices on em

i bought a carbine not to long ago. think it has 102-480 max dmg. sliced, no pup.
