Thread: Why me....

well i went back to my house last night to get one of my carbines out of my storage vendor and craft my first krayt carbine....walked into my house, ran to the back room and waited for everything to load.... everything did load... except my 6 vendors which completly dissapeared... the one had 100 melee weapons on it. the other had 40 or 50 crates of gernades on it, one had over 100 enchancments on it, 2 were my friends, and the last one had 10 sets of krayt tissues, 2 suits of armor, 20 weapons, and about another 5mil worth of loot.. i sent in a bug report and a ticket, still waiting for a CSR responce, i'll have to check later today i hope they come back 
my 2nd and 3rd best carbines and all the tissues i was gunna use on carbines are all gone....................

WOW, that really sucks.
Did you ever pay maintenance on those? A change went in that fixed the vendors from not destroying after they reach zero maintenance.....but you should have gotten an email on it if anybody had been near the vendors. Vendors have a problem with emails if nobody gets near them, the server doesn't load them so no emails are sent. My guess is the change making vendors decay like other structures once they reach zero maintenance is the problem you ran into here.....which sucks because you are most likely out of luck on all your items.
Oh you could have ran into the inactivity timers that were also put in awhile ago for vendors, but you should have gotten emails on stuff going to the stockroom and then being deleted. But this process is supposed to take weeks and weeks to lose everything....
I am a Master Merchant so I keep on top of changes there

i checked 3 days ago each vendor had over 50 days worth of matinence. and people had bought items the day before and i didn't get any emails... i'm just hoping they reappear since it was my and my friends vendors not just mine. so i'm hoping it was a house thing... i'm going on to check now so we'll see

Well be sure to get with/bug a CSR quick or the database log of those items will be deleted soon.....they should fix it once you get a person to look at it under these circumstances.....GOOD LUCK

good news they all came back. CSR said it was a server error in my house. everythings back and man am i happy.

crap, that would have sucked if they hadn't of fixed it, Server errors, gotta hate 'em, always give yo u a scare
