I was told its working as it should.


Btw there is difference between regular KD and KD when it say you failed:


regular KD knock target down for 5sec and then it can be used again at 30s


you failed to KD target just knock target down, but it stand up in a 1s or less and it can shoot even if knocked down

Chargeshot in its present state is a poor man substitute to the full auto ( with dizzy fixed ) / chargeshot combo : Spamming KD is really less powerfull than using a dizzy/KD special combo.


Fix full auto and chargeshot 2 !

spaming it? most likely. sony claims it's 'working as intended' even though we all know it's not.

i only ask that you don't use it in pvp. unfair to the other player(s) if you do.

You're kidding.
BH gets eyeshot, Commando flame dot, Smuggler gets last ditch and a variety of nasty combos, and the only really good carbine special shouldnt be used in PvP?

I've dropped Master Carbineer to take up BH Carbineer - yet Ive kept Chargeshot. With Confusion shot its devestating in PvP...afterwards I could whip out a stone knife and finish someone off, because they arent standing up again.

charge shot is bugged where even if the target fails to knock over, they still get knocked over. and this bug is not limited to the 30 sec timer of a normal KD / posture change. it is bugged. used properly it sucks compared to BH KD moves.

and using it in pvp is fine. it's spamming it where the problem is.

Well, it's nice that for once a bug is in our favor. I use it to keep creatures off my back. Haven't tried spamming charge/cripple on a kimo yet, but it keeps a gurk from approaching me...


I agree spamming it in PVP is weak, but when it's lose 21 fp and 5% on your items or spam Chargeshot, call me a lame spammer.

I don't think anyone doubts that it's broken, but hey, the word is that our HAM costs were quadrupled after beta to deter KD spamming. If we're going to get penalized, I'm going to keep KD spamming.

Right now other classes can tap 1 button and we are dead.



You can spam charge shot and it is balanced and you can see it in your ham although you KD them you end up losing more points from the ham cost.
