where should i put them?

Investigate how useful that 0 column is for you. Counterattack / dodge may well worth putting points into. If you are limited on points, you can stop after cripple in Marksmanship.
Is something like 4-3-2-2, or 3-3-2-2 doable with your points?
Chargeshot and crippleshot are two of the most important moves. Speed is very necessary as well. At least get a 1 in the counterattack column, burst will help great with leveling. Counterattack is supposed to be great at the higher levels. Not taking damage = not taking damage. Thats better then armor. SOJ has said at master, he counterattacked something like every other hit? A little more / little less at times. Though it averaged out to something like that.

Your best bet with your pionts left over are, carbineer 4/3/1/2.
You got the speed, burstshot1, crippling shot, and chargeshot 1. THATS ALL U NEED!

I would master the counterinsurgency, if you're not going to do that you wont have one of the best special and all the counterattack bonuses we got with that last patch.
You'll want at least the second level of special abilities so that you can get knockdown. The mastery special doesnt work there from what i've heard. So if you did that you could just split the rest of the points between the speed and accuracy but i'd go to 4 on the accuracy tree.
