Carbineer Archive

I just had Charging Shot 2 spammed on me.....Each time it hit i was kded no timer whatsoever. Is this normal to you guys? If it is i dont understand how every other Kd in game has a timer except yours.

im new to the carbineer scene but i can say this, it seems it is not on a timer, it was cahrge shot 1, the chargeshot2 is supposedly broken, and i think there are only 3 specials even working for us as intended, we were told that it is working as designed
