Thread: how do I use my +2 to carbine speed armor attachment?

Yup. Assuming you're a master carbineer with no bounty carbine boxes, if you hit ctrl+c and check out your skill mods you'll see +60/+62 for carbine speed, meaning that your base mods are +60 and adjusted for the skill-enhancing armor it's +62. Of course you have to be wearing the armor for this to take effect.
