I don't know how to verify this for absolute certain, but it always seems to be the case for me.

Give me a shadowed forest into which I might disappear.
Give me a terrible foe and stack the odds against me.
Give me friends and creatures with whom I can share my adventures, my losses and my gains.
Let the gales blow and the world be torn asunder but don't make me stand alone against the tempest.

how to verify?

watch the stuff over the MOBs head. If you land a hit (take damage, or they evade. just don't --miss--). Now do both and make sure they land. Now watch the mob. You will see, every so often, a -xxx (in green) float up. If you only do one bleed, you will see1 number at equal intervals. If you do both as1 + as2, you will see 2 numbers at intervals.

yes they do stack. it's easiest to make a macro that fires both. /actionshot2; actionshot1.fire knockdown+actionshot macro with slow/high dmg weapon, then switch to fast weapon and spam knockdown+crippleshot or legshot2 depending on creature/dmg. everything=dead
