Nice weapon. You should try using a 33% min damage powerup instead of whats on it.

You're so lucky! It's the exact carbine as my 1.5 speed 305-320, but you were lucky enough to get the damage slice (i got the speed slice).

These are not craftable. They're in the form of loot drops. So far this gun has popped up in Tarquinas and in Gorath. So happy hunting! (mine came from an imperial inquisitor).
