Hello I am a Master Carb, doc 0200, scout 1000, master marksman. I got doc for enhancing. I would like to know if surrendering master marksmanwhere Icould alsosurrenderthe rifle and pistol skill sectionswouldreduce my carb performance enough, to not want toadvance in doctor to where I could use super enhances.I do not want to surrender scout, seeing as how without it would put me in the delima ofno longer making campsthus no solo missions. I know that +5 carb speed and +10 carb acc with +5 ranged defense helps Master Carb now with the speedproblemsthat master carb is having now withoutBH carb.Someone please give me some suggestions if you can.
