all the foods and drinks have been changed and i wanted to know what the new best buff combo would be for a carbineer

Ayami - MCH since september '03 and until NGE.
The removal of CH and the NGE in general is the dumbest thing a company has ever done. period.
CH deserves to stay, and SOE deserves to be *#&$^#*@ until they are #*&$& and then *#&$ some more!

doc buffs + 2shots of BE'd brandy.

on our server (flurry), chef can BE 20use stacks at +400mind/foc/will for 45min...since digestion is 30min, you'll have +800 for 30min, then you can pop another pair while still getting the effect of the first 2, yielding +1600mind/foc/will for 15min...then you're back down to your 800 for another 15min 'til the 2nd digests and you can pop another pair to get +1600 again for 30min this time...kinda funny how it keeps stacking when duration>30min.

you won't get the original max mind you used to get off fishak+2glucose, but you're getting all 3 stats.

only problem is it takes a mountain of resources to do all the BE additives in w/ the drink...so...expensive.

w/out buffs, i'd have to say BOH...BE'd i've seen stats on it upward of +1500str/quick/foc...basically, no drain. not sure on filling/duration.
