Thread: need some advice on what line to finish in...

sup folks...
am a master bh, and trying to figure out what to do with my remaining 33 skill points. now i am currently a 0,2,0,0 carbineer as well and am going to go up to 0400. my problem is, i cannot descide what to go with the defence line or the speed line.
im leaning toward the defence line but i have a couple of questions.
counterattack, does it work like the animals where it just nullifies the attack, kinda like dodge. it would seem to me that the purpose of that defence skill would be to give the defender a free attack back at the agressor. but i dont think it works like that, if it was never suppposed to be that way they should change the name 
are the defence vs state changes good or crummy?
the way i see it when im finished ill either have +180 to acuracy and +110 to speed or +180 to acuracy and some desscent defences.
your opinions are apreciated on the matter

1. Speed over +90 is quite impractical with the current game mechanics, you will cap on every special on every reasonable weapon.
2. BurstShot1 and 2 are far more important in Counterinsurgency than the defenses.
3. The defenses are mostly worthless unless stacked.
4. Don't forget the AoE attacks at 0034
Legshot3 will be going AoE too.
Tough choices now that are specials are working, it used to be easy for the MBH to pickup Accuracy and CrippleShot, but now you just don't have enough points. The scale is tipping towards mastering Carbineer and dabbling in BH
