In your oppinion do i need this still? i almost never have buffs other than BoH.

did you read the motto in your signature dude? Buffs highly advised IMO. Hopefully when the new HAM system comes into play we can do somethings without being buffed.

You have no problem because you have NO SPEED as a Carbineer. Any buff to a Quickness under 1000 and I would eat my action away in two or three Rancors at Master Carbineer with +85 Speed.
You are asking us to compare apples and oranges....

They are talking about the combat revamp inwhich the way HAM costs affect playersis going tobe changed.
