Our -REV- WS just made a few cheap to very good Enhanced carbines..
Not sure where he found the schem but let me make a nice run down on it...
First, this little baby is an AP1 damage and the special feature on it is a Dot damage over time. While the Elite is maybe a bit stronger.. E11 Can be crafted with only 1 Tissue and extreme speed!
The cheap one he made me was: 3.1 120-181 damage.. after a speed slice ((don't remember)) it's at 2.5 speed. Using the right skills like full auto 2 can really hurt the health pool of someone, the Dot is just great for that!
The second version he made was 2.8 speed and 140-230 damage.. now we are starting to find very interesting base stats here.. While it will not be the best carbine to use in every PVP situation, you are still starting to get better speed for a good damage rate. I have a collection of 30 to 40 carbines hehe. This one is not the strongest but it's on the top ones I will pick for a battle.
I have tested it on NS, Riflemen/TKm, other Carbineers and sharnaffs lol!!! I did pretty good in most situation.
Conclusion:
- Good speed if you get a good slice
- Easy to produce if you get the schem
- If you have Tissues... well you will only use one for this one
- I personnaly love the damage on it
- The Dot damage really gives a nice advantage if you focus your ham poolshots based on the dot.

I am hoping that with an Imperial Form-Fitted Stock and excellent Krayt Tissue this can be made into a monster

I've been using an Enhanced E11 for about a month and a half. Its about the best thing i got from the imperial retreat. The bleed damage alone makes this one of my choice carbines. It and my slugthrower are my primary weapons, with my elite and laser carbines in reserve.

Enhanced E11s are my weapon of choice for PvP. I had a few made for me with +59 -.3 krayt tissues and Form Fitted stocks and they are insane. Unsliced they were 100-245 spd 1.9. Only one of the two got a damage slice and it was only 24% but that brought it to 125-300. With a powerup that thing is 145-399 and I can rip almost anything at the speed cap. When you can easily make E11s this good I dont see any advantages to Elites. I think I have only owned 2 or 3 elites in my life, and barely ever used them.

My weaponsmith built me an Enhanced E11 last night. Using adv. stock and scope stats were:
2.7 AS
114-247 damage
+63 @ 30m
Thats unsliced without power up or krayt tissues. w00t. Also built me a stocked scoped Elite carbine:
3.8 AS
148-229 Damage
+70 @ 40m

I had one made with krayt tissues and a form fitted stock. Very lethal. Ok I had two made.
The first one does 219-99 dmg at 1.3 attack (speed slice)
The second one does 269-158 dmg at 1.9 attack (damage slice)
The dot is the icing on the cake. The speed of the first one is impressive.
