I picked this little guy up last night, and the best part... It was free 
Enhanced E11 Carbine (Krayt Enhanced, Imp Form-Fitted Stock)

This gun is faster, does more damage, and has a lower special cost than my other Enhanced E11. Im very happy with this little guy

Speed is my friend and your right, being a pure carbineer i need all the speed that i can get. fortunately im a master artisan and can make some great Min Damage/Max Damage powerups for PVE and some Min Damage/Special Attack for PVP use. But the bleed on thses suckers is great, my enhanced E11s have always been more effective than my other weapons including my bad ass laser carbines. My slugthrower is just a bit slower than this but its additional damage makes up for it, the acid isnt bad either. But with most people wearing composite suits with at least 69% resist to Acid and Energy and add some ranged migration and it cuts any carbine down... mabe someday we will get that Stun Damage Carbine...

My laser is 89-475 3.5 speed, reach the cap easily but I can see why you want a lower speed being a pure carbineer, I'm a BH/carbineer hybrid so I reach my speed cap easily.

the only problem with your carbine is that it has low minimum damage for being an enhanced e11.
