i looted a DH17 off an store trooper yesterday, nothing cool about it but i says i am not qualfied to use it.

is this a bug?

Ayami - MCH since september '03 and until NGE.
The removal of CH and the NGE in general is the dumbest thing a company has ever done. period.
CH deserves to stay, and SOE deserves to be *#&$^#*@ until they are #*&$& and then *#&$ some more!

Friend has a legendary DH17 with 1.0 speed, 500 health poison that lasts 300 seconds, 200-300 damage...

Alas, all DH17 looted certifications are borked

that's Taliesin's right Royc? yeah it's really too bad that they're messed up because that's a dang good carbine.

Actually, DH17 pistols look the exact same as DH17 Carbines, it might be a bug but try and get Pistols II (I think) and use it, you never know.
