The MODS AND EXTREMELY LOW HAMCOST MAKE IT UNBELIEVABLE!!!

That is an amazing Loot Drop......too bad it won't kill anything 
Only 32.5 DPS is like using a CDEF.....sure wish SOE would match uber mods with at least AVERAGE DPS on Loot.
As a usable weapon, about 10k, but a wall ornament maybe 200k.

Speed as listed is 4.0 and a 40% slice would take it down to 2.4.......so unless you have +23 SEA's or BH, very slow.....

Range mods are very poor, stocked and/or scoped carbines tend to be much, much better.
Skill mods are amazing if you aren't already capped at +25counterattack or +25ranged defense. many carbineers are capped on counterattack or close, almost none are for ranged defense. very very nice mods.
Ham is unreal...this is the only thing that makes it useful.
as a useful weapon...you'd only use it unbuffed, but in reality...who's ever unbuffed these days when they fight something? it's not like you could pvp unbuffed w/ such a weak weapon w/ extremely horriblemin dmg...
nice in theory, poor in execution, mostly a trophy weapon--depending on server 100-500k. i'd never "use" it however.
