I've seen numerous posts on what do our special state attacks effect. well everyone check your swg handbook(it came with the game) anywayz i will post them up here for all you non readers.
stun a target =lowered defenses on target
blind a target= lowered accuracy on target
dizzy a target= increases chance to a kd and also penalties for spamming specials (youll hit the ground)
wildshots=stun
fullauto attacks=stun,dizzy,blind
chargeshot=knockdown attack

I think everyone agrees that the description of stun says that it lowers the target's defenses. The question everyone has is what defenses it lowers. Does the target's ranged and melee def mods get lowered? Is a stunned target easier to apply other states too? Things like that is what needs clarified.
I DO know that a stunned target's dmg is reduced. This bit of importantinformation was left out of the description so it would be nice to have complete descriptions of the states, and not just generic "lowered defenses" descriptions.

well in my opinion stunning a target does this in my experience. wildshot1 wildshot1, wildshot1. /target stunned now i fas2 fas2 fas2 target still stuned dizzied blinded now. chargetshot target falls. target gets back up and falls back down. finally gets back up actionshot2. burstshot2 burstshot2. you get the idea. IMO i believe that stunning a target will allow easier "state control" ive used full auto single 2 to open fire first but ive usually had to fire this way to many times and getting them to stick for a long time before another state wears off. no flaming just a n00b posting away. the only thing i claim to be is an idiot and the only thing i know is nothing.
