Carbineer Archive

I'm new to the carbineer profession and the other day I was leveling and when using specials I would get some effects on my targets. I know that carbineers get dots and stuff and the explanation for the attack specials doesn't mention anything about placing dizzy/stun/etc on my targets.

I'm just using a snubnose DH17 as my weapon.

Yeah the Special link in the FAQ is almost hidden.....which will be one of first things (the whole FAQ needs MINOR tweeks)I will fix......if I get the corr position
